• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active r58com account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.

r58com reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any other breach of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on the r58com platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or withdrawn at r58com's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱200 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your r58com wallet within approximately 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC identity and age verification. r58com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Consistent with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, r58com monitors transactions for suspicious activity. Funds deposited on the platform must be withdrawn using the same payment method originally used for deposit, where technically feasible.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the schedule published on the r58com platform.

From time to time, r58com offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms accompanying each individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.

• Attempting to access accounts or data of other users without authorisation.

r58com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your r58com account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
